BOARDING<\/strong>
Capital Science Academy recognizes the fact that physical and emotional well-being is the essential foundation upon which learning can take place. This means that your child is safe, happy, involved, and able to perform to their potential. Students relate well with each other and when any challenge is identified, is taken care of instantly, to ensure safety for the children.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Capital Science Academy has highly trained and exceptionally dedicated Pastoral and Academic staff that are experienced enough to deal with issues such as bullying and other teenager-related matters.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

CSA is fortunate to have a very large landmass that allows the students to engage in different sporting activities in the school such as soccer, basketball, tennis, athletics swimming, etc. These provide a wide range of sporting activities for the students to choose from and participate in.
Weekends in the Pastoral are always full of activities. On Saturdays, students start the day with early morning jogging led by the school Head Coach. This is then followed by a boarding house inspection, which is conducted by a team of inspectors. Student\u2019s lockers, bedding uniforms, and general cleanliness and hygiene are inspected and marks awarded.<\/p>

Dedicated phone lines for all year groups are turned on from 12noon until 6:00 pm for parents to contact their sons and daughter s directly. Hair plaiting and barbing take place on Saturday. After dinner evening activities are organised by students and supervised by the pastoral staff, students have the option of attending the activities or relax in the comfort of the common rooms.<\/p>

Houses<\/strong><\/p>

All students are assigned houses at the point of entry into CSA and throughout the year, we run house events in which house members compete in various tasks to earn house points. Some of the events include inter-house sports competitions, Principal Soccer league, dancing completion, quiz completion, all around the world, etc. The name of the four houses are Churchill house, Gandhi House, Kennedy House, and Mandela house Students are exposed to activities (cultural Day, Self-cook, Leadership Training, All Around the world, etc.) that are fundamental to the development of character and social skills, which will be of critical importance to students in later life.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
